The two Stuttgart, Germany based type designers Stefanie Schwarz and Dirk Wachowiak have created the Weissenhof Grotesk font family in 2015 for the Indian Type Foundry. It’s a constructed geometric sans serif that comes in four weights, each with true italics. The geometric letterforms are inspired by contemporary architectural forms such as curves in conjunction with straight segments. Its great readability is caused by a well balance kerning as well as clean, monolinear strokes. The typeface works great for both headlines and short text sections.
