TT Hoves, a geometric sans serif font family with tech style.
After the releases of TT Norms and TT Commons, TT Hoves completes a trilogy of typefaces dedicated to modern sans serif styles. Unlike the first two typefaces, TT Hoves has a more distinct appearance, but without being too bright. The designers Ivan Gladkikh, Pavel Emelyanov, and the entire TypeType team wanted to create a sans serif font family based on geometry and recognizable patterns perfectly suited for architecture, design, industry, science, astronomy, drawing, high tech, research, space, statistics, etc. The vertical and horizontal strokes clearly predominate in the design of the typeface. In addition, TT Hoves offers sharp turns in letters like ‘f’, ‘t’, ‘J’, ‘r’, and ‘j’. The shape of the internal junctions of diagonal 2-point strokes (A, W, M, N, V, X) adds a square and technical touch to the overall style.
The TT Hoves font family consists of 20 fonts including 10 weights ranging from Hairline to Black plus 10 corresponding Italics. Each style includes 1348 glyphs. TT Hoves supports many languages including the Latin and Cyrillic alphabet. The family is also equipped with lots of OpenType features, stylistic alternates, ligatures, and much more.
