Currently pretty popular among the hottest new typefaces out there, Malik is a flared sans serif font family recently designed by Andrea Tartarelli for foundry Zetafonts. The designer’s goal was to create a typeface that combines classical letterforms of Roman Old Style typefaces with the great readability of contemporary sans serif fonts. Type designer Andrea Tartarelli has achieved it by using the characteristics of a so-called flared serif. The designer has added the calligraphic touches of modern fonts to the typeface.
