The Choplin font family, a geometric slab serif typeface with nine uprights plus matching italics.
German type designer René Bieder has created the Choplin font family in 2014. It’s a contemporary geometric slab serif typeface with nine uprights plus matching italics. The main structure is based on the geometry and simplicity of the Campton family. Choplin is basically the slab serif companion to the Campton family. Nevertheless, the Choplin font family offers some of its own specifications. The sharp and edgy slab serif characters provide a slightly different look. As well as Campton, the Choplin font family is also well suited for different graphic design applications such as branding, web, print, editorial, interaction, packaging, and product design.
The type family comes with a huge range of alternative glyphs, ligatures and different OpenType features. This geometric slab serif type family provides flexibility as well as an outstanding typeface design.
