Diaria Pro, a font family for newspapers with 6 weights plus corresponding Italics.
Andriy Konstantynov originally started to work on the Diaria typeface for a Master in Advanced Typography at EINA, Centre Universitari de Disseny i Art de Barcelona. Later he extended the typeface into a full font family. The Diaria Pro font family consists of 6 weights plus corresponding italics. The extensive family is equipped with a character set that supports latin and cyrillic letters. In addition, it includes lots of OpenType features such as Ligatures, Small Caps, Digits, Fractions, Ordinals, and Punctuation.
The Diaria Pro font family is a serif typeface with low-contrast. It was primarily designed for the use as text font in newspapers or magazines. Its good readability results from a large x-height and static exteriors. Calligrafic counters as well as dynamic serifs add a distinctive touch to this typeface.
